Sports Day
Last week, we enjoyed our first whole school sports day, with an audience, since 2019!
Although we held a sports day last year, we were still very much in our bubbles and were unable to have parents and families present.
This year, sports day felt like a full community event.
During the morning, the children took part in a range of sports which included badminton, lawn bowls, seated volleyball, archery, cricket, rugby and athletics.
We were delighted to welcome our Boughton families to join the afternoon's events, with all of the children taking part in races which contributed to their houses accumulating points.
The winning house was LAMPORT, and they did a lap of honour around the field!
The afternoon was finished off with a parents' beanbag race, toddlers' race and a visit from the ice-cream van!
Huge thanks to Mrs Hartwell and the staff team for organising a fabulous day of sporting fun.
