Excellence through Effort & Enjoyment
'Kind words, Kind deeds, Kind thoughts'

Awards 2nd November

During Friday's assembly we celebrated special achievements, both within and outside school.

Rhys and Tom (Y5) had competed in a Freestyle football tournament during half term.  They made it all the way to the final, only losing by 1 goal.

Elize took part in gymnastics and was awarded a trophy, "Gymnast of the Day".

Brodie showed us not one, not two but three certificates he had been awarded for swimming during the holidays.  He is able to swim 50m, which Mrs James said is further than she can swim!

Zachary was awarded the first "Reach for the Stars" award in Reception, for super behaviour and progress.

There were five classes with the fewest '3s' this week: Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4 and Y5.  All earned some additional playtime.

These children had a raffle ticket drawn from their class box and joined me on the top table, on Monday:

Reception: Brodie, Y1 Jess , Y2 Harry T, Y3 Mia, Y4 Olly, Y5 Rhys, Y6 Lilli.

Winner of the House Points cup for this week: Kelmarsh

Tea party guests on Tuesday:

Reception Levi and Zachary, Y1 Paige and Chloe, Y2 Willow and Brooklyn, Y3 Flynn and Amelie , Y4 Michelle and Rayan, Y5 Costin and Lazarus, Y6 Tilly and Hal.

We are very proud of you all!
