Rags 2 Riches 4 Schools

We will be taking part in the Rags 2 Riches 4 Schools project once again.

This project is an efficient way to recycle clothes and help to raise money for the school. The old clothes are all stacked together to be shipped to various developing world countries. Your clothes are recycled to be reused by the less fortunate via the market trader. Therefore any damaged or stained clothes cannot be accepted.

Your child will bring home a bag that you can fill with any unwanted clothes, shoes, bags and jewellery.

The bag can be brought back into school via the office or your child’s classroom. If you are unable to use the bag, please send it back into school, alternatively if you need any extra bags these will be available at the office.

The bags will be collected from the school Thursday, 21st September.

For every bag brought back your child will receive 100 house points.

Follow the link below to read more about the project and see a list of wanted and unwanted items.
