Hello and welcome to Boughton Primary School.  Our aim is to provide a happy, caring and stimulating environment in which all children can fulfil their potential; we work hard to promote our school ethos, "Belonging, learning and thriving together."

All adults and children are encouraged to demonstrate good behaviour, in line with our behaviour promise: Be Kind, Be Safe, Be Responsible. 

The children know these as "Our Boughton B's".

We aim to instil the Fundamental British Values throughout the curriculum, and particularly within our Character Education.  The children are supported to understand what each Character Strength looks like in practice, and how these relate to the five Fundamental British Values of:

Democracy, The Rule of Law, Individual Liberty, Mutual Respect and Tolerance of Different Faiths and Beliefs
